At les Garderies K.I.D.S. we know that feeding children the right foods gives them the nutrients they need to be healthy and teaches them proper eating habits.
A healthy, balanced diet for children provides the essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients needed for healthy growth and development.
At les Garderies K.I.D.S. all meals and snacks are prepared daily in-house by our professional cook. We serve fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits daily. Our healthy meals follow Canada’s Food Guide. Our menu has minimal sugar and children drink only milk or water with their meals.
